One of the most emotional parts of this work is hearing someone say, ‘I didn’t know it could be this clear.’ But with the right care, whether it’s cross-linking or surgery, I’ve seen people come in terrified they’ll lose their vision, and leave with tears of joy after treatment. Those moments stay with me forever.
